PADC’s Programs Committee cordially invites you to join us, IN-PERSON, on November 18, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. for our CLE luncheon entitled:
“ TRIAL LAWYERS LEVEL UP: A PRACTICAL REFRESHER ON PENNSYLVANIA EVIDENCE FOR 21ST CENTURY LITIGATORS ”
Presented by Marian Grace Braccia, Esq., Dir. of the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy Program and Professor of Law, Temple University Beasley School of Law. In this CLE, Professor Braccia will lead a focused review of key Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence that civil litigators routinely encounter in trial practice. While many of these rules are familiar, revisiting their foundations and strategic applications can enhance clarity, confidence, and courtroom effectiveness. This session offers an opportunity to refresh your evidentiary instincts, sharpen your advocacy, and engage with the rules that shape how we present — and challenge — evidence in the 21st-century courtroom.
CLE Credit: 1.0 substantive credit is offered.
Price: FREE for PADC members and Sponsors; $45 for non-PADC-members.
Registration: PADC members can register directly on the PADC website or can email Sandra Berger at sberger.PADC@gmail.com. Non-PADC members must register through the Events Page of PADC’s website using the PayPal option at www.philadefensecounsel.org. Registration will close on November 13 so don’t wait to register!
The Program will be held, in-person, at 2000 Market Street, 6th Floor Conference Center, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Doors open at 12:00 p.m. if you wish to arrive early and have lunch before the CLE program. The Program will also be available by Live Webinar.
