PADC Announces October Monthly CLE Webinar on October 15, 2024-The Pennsylvania Election Code: Past, Present and Future.

Program Description

This CLE program will provide an overview of voting rights and election administration developments under the Pennsylvania Election Code. It will focus chiefly on the reforms enacted by Act 77 of 2019, litigation that has taken place from 2019 until now, and possible future subjects of litigation or legislative reform.
