Program Description: A very practical talk about the ethical issues that face all litigators and attorneys both in court and in their offices. Mr. Stretton will point out areas of concern and issues that seem to be ignored by the average practitioner. Mr. Stretton will also discuss the disciplinary consequences and the changing approaches of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.

CLE Credit: 1.0 ethics credit is offered.
