The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC) is pleased to offer a CLE webinar on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. entitled “Discovery Requests in Construction Matters: A Follow Up to OSHA 10 Construction Training” presented by Thom McAdams and Brian Beatty, P.E. of Fleisher Forensics. 

Program Description: What materials should you request in Requests for Production of Documents in construction matters?  What questions should you ask in Interrogatories in construction matters?  Fleisher has well over 100 years of collective construction experience.  McAdams and Beatty will discuss settled matters and provide you with practical guidance for obtaining the information and documents you will need to skillfully litigate these cases.  You will receive detailed suggestions for incorporation into your discovery requests and deposition practice.

CLE Credit: 1.0 substantive credit is offered.
