The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC) is pleased to offer a CLE webinar on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 12:30 p.m.–1:30 p.m. entitled “Recent Advances for Combating Forum-Shoppers in Philadelphia; Other Significant 2025 Pennsylvania Decisions” presented by James Beck, Esquire. 

Program Description: Mr. Beck is Reed Smith’s Senior Life Sciences Policy Analyst. His job is to think about all aspects of personal injury and product liability litigation with an eye to advancing defense-side legal arguments. He has overseen legal briefing for hundreds of cases in state and federal courts particularly Pennsylvania. In 2021 PADC awarded Mr. Beck the O’Brien Distinguished Service Award, PADC’s highest lifetime honor. Jim has won similar awards from the Product Liability Advisory Council, Lawyers for Civil Justice and Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He is a longtime member of PADC’s amicus committee.

CLE Credit: 1.0 substantive credit is offered.
