PADC is hosting Arbitration in Philadelphia County and Certification of Arbitrators CLE Program
Program Description:
The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel is pleased to present a Philadelphia County Arbitration Certification course. This 3.5 credit course offers 3 substantive credits and 0.5 ethics credit. The simultaneous in-person and live webinar program will feature the Director of the Philadelphia Arbitration Center as well as the Settlement Conference Officer/Mediator for the Complex Litigation Center at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. This is a great opportunity to become certified to sit and serve as an arbitrator in Philadelphia County and to learn all of the applicable rules and procedures of the arbitration program. Breakfast will be served for in-person attendees.
