The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC) is pleased to offer a CLE webinar on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. entitled “Deposition Practice: A Discussion of Different Ways to Achieve your Objectives” presented by Dennis Suplee, Esquire of Welsh Recker. 

Program Description: Dennis Suplee, Past President of PADC and lead co-author of the 6th edition of The Deposition Handbook, discusses what’s old and what’s new in taking and defending depositions including a review of important new case law.

CLE Credit: 1.0 substantive credit is offered.

Price: Free for PADC members and sponsors; $45 for non-PADC-members.
