The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC) is pleased to offer a CLE webinar on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. entitled “AI in Civil Litigation Practice: An Intro and Discussion on What is Coming” presented by Matthew P. Keris, Esquire of Marshall Dennehey. 

Program Description: Chat GPT gets the headlines, but how is AI impacting the civil defense practice beyond assisting with legal briefs?  By attending this session, attendees will receive an overview of how AI is being used by our client-defendants and how it may impact the defense of claims and discovery practice.  In addition, the presentation will include how our adversaries are and will be using AI in active litigation.  The way we defend cases is set to change in new ways soon.  Be ready for AI.
