Program Description: Michael Kulbacki, a geotechnical engineer will discuss geologic conditions across Pennsylvania, commonly observed distresses/damages attributable to soils, and case studies involving forensic investigations of soils, foundations, structures, stormwater, and construction materials. He provides evaluation and engineering consultation for foundations, settlement, retaining walls, earth structures, water intrusion, stormwater runoff, storm damages, and construction-related issues.

CLE Credit: 1.0 substantive credit is offered.

Price: Free for PADC members and sponsors; $45 for non-PADC-members.
