PADC Announces May Monthly CLE Webinar on May 21, 2024- “From Boomers to Zoomers: Strategies for Productive Intergenerational Communication in the Legal Profession.”

Program Description

The American legal profession is currently comprised of five generations of workers.  Each generation has such unique characteristics that it can be challenging to manage and anticipate the expectations of multigenerational employers and employees.  Our multigenerational profession, however, creates incredible opportunity for creativity, collaboration, and competitive advantage.  In this one-hour presentation, Temple Law School Professor Marian Grace Braccia will review the preferred communication methods and styles of each generation and propose strategies for more productive communication and best practices for approaching the growing age gap in the legal workforce.
